The City of Dunwoody is moving to a new program response for Group Expansion and Finance The transition will enhance facility delivery improve internal coordination and offer expanded online access for residents contractors and businesses declared a release from the city Beginning August Dunwoody s Group Enhancement operations will move to CentralSquare replacing the current system iWorQ To prepare for this upgrade iWorQ will be deactivated after p m on July which will temporarily affect services related to permits inspections and code enforcement To avoid disruptions please submit all paperwork and schedule necessary inspections to take place before the July deadline the release declared From July to August Society Improvement will be closed to the constituents while staff complete the transition During these days no new permit applications or code enforcement complaints can be accepted and no inspections can take place Beginning August users will be able to access CentralSquare through the city s website to submit new permit applications and code complaints Anyone who has an existing application or complaint can contact the Neighborhood Enhancement staff to ensure that the information submitted is transferred correctly For permits or scheduing an inspection email permits dunwoodyga gov or call - - For code enforcement updates email compliance duwoodyga gov or call - - The new platform will expand online capabilities allowing applicants to submit documents and pay fees electronically so there is no need to visit city hall in person the city announced The upgrade will also impact open records requests related to permits and code enforcement reports All components of the transition to CentralSquare are expected to be complete by mid- September The post Dunwoody s new tool services starts Aug appeared first on Rough Draft Atlanta
